The Classic Génépy at Emy’s
The Génépy is the typical liquor of Aosta Valley, fragrant and flavorful: it tastes of the Alps, which is why it is so well known and appreciated by the people of Valle d’Aosta.
It is a liqueur based on alcohol e dried inflorescences of génépy, a grass that grows in the mountains at very high altitudes.
You can find it here in the classical, obtained from the maceration seedlings of génépy in alcohol.
