Description

Be amazed by mountain flavors in a totally unusual guise: genepy takes center stage but, this time, in a nonalcoholic guise.

All of our desserts are handcrafted by local professionals with whom we collaborate, and have as their main ingredient the seed of the genepy plant.

From the meeting of tasty sweets and this special plant comes an expertly balanced explosion of flavors where sweet and bitter blend together resulting in unique flavors.

Genepy Biscuits

Delicious for breakfast and snack.
Our main product, génépy, obtained from our high mountain-grown seedlings is combined with the sweetness of a mouth-watering shortbread.

To create them, we relied on the expert hands of Andrea Zambelli, the master pastry chef of the historic and eponymous pastry shop in Valsavarenche.

Genepy chocolate

A 70% dark chocolate bar, our main product, génépy, obtained from our seedlings grown in the high mountains is combined with the aroma of the highest quality dark chocolate.

We relied on the expert hands of the Robbiano chocolate shop in Arvier, Aosta, to create this.
