USE:
The dried mountain génépy is used to produce the famous liqueur Valle d’Aosta, also known as Génépy, named after the plant from which it is made.
To make this typical liqueur, you need to macerate the dried seedlings of génépy in thealcohol for at least one month and then dilute the resulting infusion with a solution of water e sugar.
