Yarrow yarrow is a very common plant in the Aosta Valley., but at the same time it is also unknown to many. “Relative” to the more renowned Yarrow Muscat (used for flavoring liqueurs), the yarrow milfoil, however, holds more properties.Known as “the friend of women”, this miraculous plant helps regulate :
- the menstrual cycle
- the pains of menopause
In addition, it comes back useful for problems:
- by stomach
- by anxiety
- by circulation
- by varicose veins
HOW TO USE IT:You can pour one tablespoon (about 1 to 2 flower heads) of flowering tops into a cup ofboiling water.
