This castle, which belonged to the Lords of Avise, one of the most important noble families in the region, is the perfect prelude to a walk steeped in history.
Towards Le Cré: A Dive into the Middle Ages Continuing along the Cérellaz regional road, we reach the junction for Le Cré, where an ancient bridge over the Mont Rosset stream leads us directly into the medieval heart of the valley.
