Valtournenche Cervinia

Cervinia is a modern tourist resort located at the foot of Mount Cervino.

Its ski area is one of the largest in the Alps, connected to the slopes of Valtournenche and those of Zermatt in Switzerland, where it is even possible to ski in summer on the glacier.
Breuil-Cervinia was founded in the early decades of the last century in a vast basin at the top of the Valtournenche valley, at 2,000 meters.
