Pré-Saint-Didier Gorge of Pré-saint-Didier
To approach hiking
An easy route skirts the gorge near Mont Crammont, on the left of the Dora de Verney.
From Pré-Saint-Didier, it starts near the old bridge over the Dora di Verney.
Upstream, it is reached by following the Strada Statale towards La Thuile for 3 km.
Then to the right in Loc.
Plan du Bois, begins the panoramic walk over the gorge of the Orrido di Pré-Saint-Didier.
At 160 meters high, it offers views of Mont Blanc, the Pré-Saint-Didier basin, and the villages of Champex, Palleusieux, and Verrand, as well as a view of the waterfall and thermal spring.
