Alternatively, the farm road built in 2009 offers a longer but scenic option that meanders through alpine pastures and alongside the Veruil and Giassit streams.
This section is particularly magical, thanks to its wildflowers and small hollows that create a fairy-tale landscape.
Arrival at the Colle de la Liet and Colle Giassit Once you reach the Colle de la Liet at 2052 m, a short ride takes you to the Colle Giassit at 2018
m. From this point, the panorama opens up to vast mountain horizons, offering spectacular views sweeping across the valley.
The Return The return route runs along the trail AV.1 and
No. 2a, which descends decisively toward the valley of the Giassit stream, passing through the mountain pastures of Giassit, Estret and Arpit.

Conclusion of the Hike Returning to the paved road, the trail takes us back to the parking lot near the small church of St. Margaret, where we conclude our loop rich in history, culture and breathtaking views.
