Issime Wolf Hill
Colle del Lupo connects the Lys Valley with the Deer Valley in Piedmont.
The hike is quite long and, due to the steepness of the trail, is not recommended for untrained people and small children.
Trail description: Starting from Issime, you need to reach the hamlet of Seingle Superiore, where you can park in a square before the stream bridge.
Go up along the mule track that leads to the hamlet of Bioley, and continue up a steep slope, encountering rocky areas and huts.
Once past this section, the trail becomes less steep and, turning right, reaches first the Tourison Alp and then the basin of Lake Chiaro.
From this point, proceeding along a rather steep slope and following the trail’s tracks, you will eventually reach the Lupo pass.
